HOW TO USE

you steam your skin for about five minutes. That just means a quick shower or bath with warm water. No soap or lotion needed at this point.

After that, you put on the glove and wet it, then squeeze out the extra water so it’s not dripping.

Then I scrub my skin using quick little circles. Sometimes I also use longer, firmer strokes, which really helps.

When you are done, I rinse off both my body and the glove with some gentle soap and water.
